The 2017 Gas-to-Power World Congress (GTP17) is central to one of the worlds leading energy events – welcoming over 6500+ attendees in 2016. GTP17 is recognised as being unique in convening stakeholders along the power generation value chain, including governments, off takers, developers, gas upstream suppliers, pipelines, construction firms, equipment providers, and financiers.

Great speakers and agenda content are critical to the success of GTP17. In 2017, we will welcome over 50 speakers to Cape Town to participate in over 20 sessions. If you have a big announcement, and are part of the gas ecosystem powering global development we want to hear from you. Click here.

The Energy Council world-class speaker line-ups have featured leaders from the most-active energy companies and investors around the world, sharing their views on LNG importation, storage and handling infrastructure around the world.

Delegate prices start at $1800 (USD). Click here for more info.

Gas-to-power-speakers

This year, the Energy Council showcased South Africa, and moving into 2017 the event will have a broader geographic focus. Gas to Power World Congress also has expanded our Gas Pavilion exhibition floor. This exciting element will be where technology providers will present the latest solutions with case studies and live demonstrations throughout the Congress.

Our Partnership with Africa Utility Week

Gas and renewables are perfect partners to help address this energy challenge.  We recognise that climate change and energy security are two of the biggest challenges facing the world now and over the coming decades. Our Alliance with Africa Utility Week – brings together our two market leading positions in gas and energy respectively.  It provides a genuine first – a conference targeting gas-fired generation with networks in downstream power, upstream gas and global capital markets. No other event in Africa will expand on the core issues facing gas to power with a core audience of institutional investors and fund managers, alongside developers, energy companies, banks and engineering firms.

How to take part in the World Gas to Power Assembly?

Great speakers and world-class content are critical to the success of the GTP17 conference. As an organisation we have experience of the whole energy ecosystem - our understanding of the dynamics across the energy markets allows us to establish and support your own powerful insights. If you have a big announcement, a unique take on a burning industry issue, a case study or new research to share regarding gas to power, then we want to hear from you.
